- Manga magazines, manga information magazines, animation information magazines published before 1988
- Manga books published before 1988
- Old manga books/magazines, such as Akahon manga (red book comics, published from the mid-1940s to the mid-1950s) and Kashihon manga (rental comics, published from the mid-1950s to the mid-1960s)
* Please note that we may refuse donation in the following cases:
When the donated item is in bad condition
When the donated item is already held in multiple copies and cannot be
used effectively
About donated materials
- The Museum reserves the right to decide how to use donated materials.
- Please note that items already in the Museum’s collection may be donated or transferred to other facilities in Japan or abroad.
