Regis Loisel
Born in 1951, France. BD artists and illustrator. He established himself as a popular artist with his innovative and complete re-interpretation of Peter Pan by JM Barrie, the series La quete de l'oiseau du temps (The quest for the time bird), which made him the leading voice in the hero fantasy genre. He was also in charge of the making of Disney's Atlantis, and the storyboards for Le Petit Poucet, and often collaborates with other BD artists. In 2002, he was awarded the Grand Prix of the Angouleme International Comics Festival. In his latest work, Grand Mort (Grand Death), he presents a unique world building, and a very innocent looking world gradually reveals its true colors.

Emanuel Lepage
Born in 1966, France. BD artist. Since he read Tintin in the Land of the Soviets when he was six years old, Lepage had a passion for BD. What fascinates him are the people, the characters, and life. It may sound contradictory, but he is also very highly acclaimed as an illustrator of poetic, beautiful landscapes. In his representative works, La terre sans mal (The place without evil) and Muchacho, you can admire these beautiful landscapes. The realism he persues to increase the quality of his work is something he developed after he met Michel Joubert, and his stance values "one principle, order, every moment, and gaze".
