There are many color illustrations in the special exhibiton "Eshi 100--Contemporary Japanse Illustration in Kyoto".

You can try and make these through both analog and digital means,

using professional tools and techniques used by real Eshi !

MM Workshop Passing on coloring techniques! "Become an illustrator"
Date and Time	Every Saturday, Sunday, and on national holidays during the exhibition (3/17-~~6/24~~7/8）. 11:30 am - 4:30 pm * In response to the many requests from fans, the duration of the workshop has been extended longer than originally planned! "The analog experience" 11:30 am - , 2:30 pm - . "The digital experience" 12 pm - , 3 pm - .
Venue	Kyoto International Manga Museum, 1st floor, atrium
Fee	100 yen for one workshop (covering the costs of the material used) * However, a General Admission ticket to the Museum is required.
Length	90 minutes
Capacity	Analog workshop: 10 (on a first come basis) Digital workshop: 5 (on a first come basis)
Participation	There is no need to sign up Reception at the venue will start from 10 minutes before.
Recommended age	over elementary school age

There are many bright colors, and these markers are very popular for manga drawn by hand. You can combine all colors and fade them as much as you like. With the special set, you can even use them for airbrushing!
