Announcement of Museum Closures, February 29–March 15, 2020

Based on measures instituted by the Japanese government to contain the spread of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus), the museum will stay closed from February 29 to March 15, 2020.
Decisions regarding the reopening and museum schedule from March 16 onward will be updated on our website in the near future.

In addition, we have decided to postpone or cancel scheduled events until Mar 15, 2020, based on the policies by the headquarters against infectious diseases caused by COVID-19 of the Japanese government.

Also, we will announce new schedules for the postponed events in the near future depending on the coming situation.

*Museum shop and café “Maeda Coffee” is also closed.
