Original Collaboration Products with the Pastry Shop “BAIKAL”
Starting Saturday, April 25, we will begin selling “Tsukisui-kyo,” a confection from “BAIKAL”—a long-established Kyoto confectionery founded in 1955 in Shimogamo—in our original packaging.
Tsukisui-kyo is a golden-hued milk confection with a moist, refined flavor, featuring a smooth milk cream filling—made by blending milk, butter, fresh cream, and condensed milk—wrapped in a soft dough.
For this release, we have designed the wrapping paper for the 6-piece Tsukisui-kyo package to feature images from our museum’s collection spanning Edo period through the Meiji, Taisho, and early Showa eras. This original product will be available exclusively at our museum shop.
This item features our museum’s original logo, as we celebrate our 20th anniversary on November 25, 2026.
Please purchase this item as a memento of your visit or as a souvenir for family and friends.
