20th Anniversary Shelf is Now on Display
At the “MM Navigation Shelf”, a special feature shelf in the first-floor atrium, we curate a collection of manga titles based on a theme for visitors to pick up and read.
In commemoration of the museum’s 20th anniversary, a new exhibit titled "Class of 2006: MM's Classmates" is now on display.
The Kyoto International Manga Museum, affectionately known as "MM", opened o20 years ago, on November 25, 2006.
To celebrate our 20th anniversary, we've gathered manga titles, mascots, and merchandise that debuted in the same year— our "classmates", so to speak.
